ShopDrop (“ShopDrop”, “we” or “us”) terms of use describes the use & privacy practices of ShopDrop and ShopDrop’s Website and app(s), as well as our products, online services, and apps that include a link to this policy (we refer to our products, online services, and apps as "applications"). This privacy policy also applies to ShopDrop ’s marketing and advertising practices. It applies (i) immediately to users who sign in to the app. Any person who does not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy should not create a user account or interact with the Website and app.

What information does ShopDrop collect about me?

What is ShopDrop’s responsibility for privacy practices of third parties?

This Privacy Policy applies only to the ShopDrop Website and app. It does not apply to sites that have linked or are redirected to or from the Website and app (“Third Party Sites”), regardless of whether or not such link or redirection is authorized by ShopDrop. Third Party Sites may have their own policies regarding privacy, or no policy at all. ShopDrop is not responsible for Third Party Sites and you use them at your own risk.

How can I review, update, or delete my personal information?

You may correct or update certain of your Personal Information via your device’s general settings. This is where you can control what information apps on your device are using. You can also delete and download the app again in order to choose your personal settings again. You may close an account, but ShopDrop will nevertheless retain your Personal Information so as to protect the business interests of ShopDrop, ShopDrop Affiliates, vendors and other users. Those interests include the completion of transactions, maintaining records for financial reporting purposes, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

Will this privacy policy change?

ShopDrop reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Such changes may be announced to you either by email or by the posting of the revised policy on the Website and app. You are responsible for reviewing both your own email and the Website and app to determine what is the then-current Privacy Policy.

ShopDrop is headquartered in the United States of America. Personal Information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to ShopDrop Affiliates, business partners, vendors, or service providers elsewhere in the world. User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, re-sell, re-post, or deep-link to any information, software, products or services obtained from or through the Website and app, in whole or in part.
